Poor workmanship and repeated unresolved issues

I had a very disappointing experience with Renew-it Sandton. My car was involved in an accident, and my insurance arranged for it to be repaired at this branch. I was later informed that my car was ready for collection, but when I arrived, I found that several items were not fixed. The hooter was not working, the car was vibrating, and the radio was no longer working. On my way home, the car started overheating, and I discovered there was a radiator leak.

I returned the car, and the radiator was repaired. I was then contacted again by a lady named Vanca to collect the vehicle. However, when I arrived, it was still not ready. The air filter pipes were missing and not fitted, and the hooter was once again not working.

Even after these issues were addressed, more problems appeared. The right fog light is not working, the air conditioning only works on one side, the windscreen washer bottle is leaking, the radio is still faulty, and the car continues to vibrate.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Each time I collect the car, new issues arise. The quality of service and attention to detail are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
