If trash were a company! Stay away from Chinese developers as fast as you can. I’ve been renting with them for some time, and they went and changed managers (or whatever they call it). While I was in the middle of a year-long lease, they decided to *******ly add extra charges under the guise of body corporate fees introduced by their new property manager, Nicky.

Very rude and highly unprofessional. I refused to pay the extra charge as it was not part of my contract. I was told it was either I pay or move out within a month. After that, she resorted to extreme behavior by cutting off the water and electricity.

Apparently, the law functions the same way in South Africa as it does in communist China. Run as fast as you can!
