Product price variances and rude support

Wanted to buy a product but the price on the product page, suddenly moved upwards when I went to checkout. I contacted their support Whatsapp number to report and understand the issue. I was informed that the checkout price was the correct one. When pointing out that our local laws state that the price on the shelf has to honoured, I was told that I was threatening the company. I phoned and Jeremy, who said he owned the business, again was quite rude and got angry, even though I was very calm. Not sure whether I can trust this business.
