Beware-Horrible service and **** infromation

This was a dreadful experience, I booked an 8ton truck and they sent a 6.5ton so not everything fitted. When we queried this and told them they need to get the rest of the things they wanted to charge us again! We eventually dealt with Collen apparently the owner but same issues and eventually they stopped taking out calls. They guys offloading did not listen when off loading and put 90% of the things in the wrong place. I am currently in a wheelchair so I had to hire other people to collect the rest of the things and assist with moving the things around. This was a horrible and traumatic experience which added to the stress of moving was NOT needed. You will be taking a huge chance if you use these people. You will not get what you paid for.
