Beware-Horrible service and **** infromation

This was a dreadful experience, I booked an 8ton truck and they sent a 6.5ton so not everything fitted. When we queried this and told them they need to get the rest of the things they wanted to charge us again! We eventually dealt with Collen apparently the owner but same issues and eventually they stopped taking out calls. They guys offloading did not listen when off loading and put 90% of the things in the wrong place. I am currently in a wheelchair so I had to hire other people to collect the rest of the things and assist with moving the things around. This was a horrible and traumatic experience which added to the stress of moving was NOT needed. You will be taking a huge chance if you use these people. You will not get what you paid for.

Horrible service

WORST service , I ordered an upgraded service from them. Before I got the upgraded router and Sim they deactivated my service leaving me with no Internet for my business. Did not get any notification regarding the deactivation. Really pathetic and not to mention I had to spend 4 HOURS being transfered around from person to person.

Fantastic Assistance

Our staff were involved in a motor accident and where taken to Life Cosmos in Emalahleni. The casualty staff were amazing especially Nqobile. Dr Reddy was also a phenomenal help. The processed the IOD documents quickly and assisted the staff in a very professional way.

Company Hero

We have a a security guard Dan Mdlala who is absolutely amazing. An Outsurance pointsman was injured by a truck outside our gate yesterday. Dan jumped in to assist, he managed to get the details of the vehicle. He helped ensure the gentleman made it out of the road to where he was safe to be treated. He remained cool, calm and collected through out this incident. Dan went above and beyond yesterday. He really is an ADT Fidelity's Hero.

Excellent Service

Hygiene Pro provided us with incredible service. They did a deep clean of our offices including carpets, chairs, window, etc. There team were punctual and very professional. They did such an amazing job. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. I highly recommend any business to use their services.

Fantastic Service
