Was sold the wrong item from what i asked for as swiping debit card then going to collections counter i knowticed that the screen was huge i ordered a 27inch was sold a 31inch. R1600 more. So i informed the sales person about the issue and the lady who deals with the payments, i get told from her that you cant reverse payment to debit card and that they will have to eft me the ballance of 1600 on next week thursday as that is when refunds are done. So im like thats realy unfair that my money is been hold hostage for a week and it was not my fault. Any way my complaint is this waiting till thursday to get refunds and making me not want to shop there incase somthing like this happens again an my money gets hold hostsge again Rectron you should do somthing about you refunds if the paperwork is in order there should be some one that dose the refunds its wrong
Other than that no outher faults my side branch manager is awsome very customer wize - friendly and tride to resolve the issue anthor way but unfortunately that item was sold out.
