Railway furniture lacks humanity. Almost lost my son due to negligence from their side.

Almost lost my son because of the robe they sent without *****ing the top part. The top part of the robe fell and hit my 4year old son on the neck. I called their line, you wont believe that their concern was to replace the top part that fell while my worry was my son. I am never buying from this store again. They dont have humanity. The quality of their products is not as strong as the ones they display at the shops.
