Don't trust this business or Marlene, she tells the what you want to hear, you pay her & that's as far as it goes, its been over 2 years since she promised to clear the admin mark on my car, now I hardly hear from her at all, when I ask for my money back, she doesn't have it, I sorted my 1 fine & license late fees on my own & all I hear these days, I'm seen them tomorrow, that's all, no updates, one message every 3 weeks, rest of the times she ignores you. Don't pay her anything & stay far away from this so called business, its a ****.

Marlene Visser is a big big big ****mer and take your money but do not deliver any work or documents from home affairs. i paid her a lot of money and did not receive anything, she said she will pay me back but always stories and never payment. on face book people is also looking for her, and i will go ahead and make a case against her. don't use her people, be warned, she **** people

NO SERVICE ALL LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES
Its me again - I just now had to refund a client for an application of a new change at Home Affairs that I paid Marlene for. Something she actually cannot do and **** to me about. Took the money and still lies about it. I app**** through her for a couple's Unabridged Marriage Certificate - it's now nearly 16 months - no results - I app**** through someone else at my own cost - less than 2 months and I have the certificate. Waste my time.
In February 2024 I had issues getting my cars disc & was told to do this & thar by license department, I found Marlene on wattsapp & said she could sort it out for my R3k later, it will take 5 - 7 working day, that past, then it 7 - 10 working day, I had the patience to wait, then suddenly a month past & 3 months past & then the excuses started coming out, first the system is offline, then she didn't manage to get there on the day, it's now been 10 months & still using the same excuse, her contact was not in, offline, she will go the next day, always an excuse, then it's the papers will be ready by this & that day, nothing happens. I'm more worried she hasn't even started with my paper work yet & just making excuses. I even wanted to meet her at the place the have the papers, first they in jhb, then they in Pretoria & as per her excuses, they don't deal directly with public. I even asked for the papers as far as they are with some money back to finish myself & more excuses or no answer for a day or 2. Don't use her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Marlene from que for me is a total *****. She ****med my son out of R5000. He wanted to clear his record for drinking and driving more than 10 years ago. You can do it free of charge if it is longer than 10 years ago and you can do it yourself. Marlene promised she and her "judge" friend can do it in 6 weeks. That were November 2023. Because of a good job opportunity and it takes a while for it to be done and her promises to get it done faster my son paid her. Same as all others complaining about her on hello peter - no clearance. No answering of phone. She only whatsapp with empty promises. Do not do business with que for me. Marlene just take your money and do nothing further

If I could give 0 stars I would. Marlene from que for me is a total *****. She ****med my son out of R5000. He wanted to clear his record for drinking and driving more than 10 years ago. You can do it free of charge if it is longer than 10 years ago and you can do it yourself. Marlene promised she and her "judge" friend can do it in 6 weeks. That were November 2023. Because of a good job opportunity and it takes a while for it to be done and her promises to get it done faster my son paid her. Same as all others complaining about her on hello peter - no clearance. No answering of phone. She only whatsapp with empty promises. Do not do business with que for me. Marlene just take your money and do nothing further

Poor business
We have had the worst experience with a Lady Marlene from Que For Me. Last year my father in law paid her over R26 000 to assist with road worthy and change of ownership we are Are literally been waiting almost a year for her to get this resolved yet every week another excuse, I have requested a refund on the change of ownership that was R4100 from what she has only given a R1000 the other R3100 still not paid and it’s 3weeks now and excuses after excuses please be carefully
