Nobody cares
Ive been with this insurance over 8 years & finally time to claim, now I see what they like. Had an attempted theft of my car on the 8th April, it was towed the same day to renew it bedfordview, sat there a full week & was moved to renew it greenstone, sat there 3 weeks without been touched through sun, heavy rains, all bad weather, I call greenstone & the repairs where canceled due to they don't fix theft, now the car is bad with bedfordview & I'm told another week before they repair the car. I want to know between bedfordview, greenstone & insurance, who is replacing my dead battery, as it won't recover from this.

Pathetic service.
I call courier guy cause the locker wouldn't accept my pin, first the thing asks for my tracking number & told her I only have the pin, then it asks me first where the parcel is from, I tell it where its from & the thing still refuses to help with my pin, I had to walk back home, get the pin & walk back, because that thing doesn't know what's its doing. All it had to do was give my pin & hassle free.

Don't trust this business or Marlene, she tells the what you want to hear, you pay her & that's as far as it goes, its been over 2 years since she promised to clear the admin mark on my car, now I hardly hear from her at all, when I ask for my money back, she doesn't have it, I sorted my 1 fine & license late fees on my own & all I hear these days, I'm seen them tomorrow, that's all, no updates, one message every 3 weeks, rest of the times she ignores you. Don't pay her anything & stay far away from this so called business, its a ****.

Staff at steeldale mall pick n pay are full of themselves, I just went in for some items, maybe lucky to pick up Easter eggs, I go look at the sweet area, same time a white old lady asked the staff if they have some Easter eggs left, instead of just saying, sorry we sold out, she laughs at the old lady, I ask he straight, what's so funny, she just says you white people are all the same & walks away, no help or anything. If that's not ******, I don't know what.

All excuses.
I've been buying from takealot for a while now with very few problems till now. I bought an item from them & it was too big, same day I booked a return, that was 2 weeks ago. First I'm told I booked the return wrong & they will fix it with booking a new one for me, then will send a driver to collect, nothing happened, twice I went through the help process & only got emails saying sorry for the inconvenience & they will sort it out, soon as I asked for a refund, then more excuses came out how they still working on it with the right department, yet 2 weeks later, I'm still sitting waiting for the package to be collected & a return to be booked for me as promised.

Where where with them for over 20 years, till the bank let people go, end of March 2025 our medical aid stopped & got told we owe R7k, which we managed to sort out after a few months, suddenly get a horrible letter from bankmed today, we owe R5800, which has not been paid or settled & they handed us over to credit bureau & we are marked as bad payers with a blacklisting ahead that we won't get any contacts or credit, yet the last time we called them, it was settled & haven't heard anything till today. They are a bunch of ****mers, *****ers. Don't trust them ever. Stay away. I will take this to court if it comes to it & make them pay us big time.

I've had not much issues with takealot for a few years now, suddenly I want to return an item for a refund, it's almost a week of waiting & nobody has come to collect & no refund either, almost like they just forgot & stuff you.

Useless
**** service, my car papers where to be delivered today the 15 of December, waited all day as I need them urgently, nobody comes, while I'm helping my sick wife take a bath, they call me, I miss the call & told they cant deliver if I don't answer the call, yet other couriers hoot when they arrive. I sent a message to the driver that I'm home waiting & they don't even bother to read it.

Money gone.
I will never buy from them again, ordered more then a month ago & have not heard anything, money gone, last update was the 17th November, since then silent, no word from this place or courier, money & parcel gone.
