Excellent service and communication!
QC has just completed my beetle and electrical inspections. I'm thrilled with their service and their admin side too (Charmaine is the BEST - she really moved mountains for me! KUDOS Charmaine!)- They always kept me in the loop and all assessors arrived promptly when expected (if not earlier than expected). I've had the best experience working with QC and feel good about recommending them if you need compliance before a sale. Thank you QC!

Excellent Experience for Compliance Certificates
Qc Compliance has been wonderful to work with. When I first emailed them regarding compliance certificates, I got a response almost immediately with all the information. Everything else from there was a seamless process. I highly recommend them - they are efficient, responsive and have competitive prices.

Excellent service and communication
Great service - I wish I'd known sooner that they cover all CoC's, so landed up with a very overpriced electrician's bill. QC did our beetle and water inspection, and fixed a few things on the plumbing side for a *very* reasonable fee. Very happy with their service and their admin side too - I was always kept in the loop by their office.

Excellent service
QC came out and did a full inspection for compliance certificates. I accepted their quote and they came and did all the work on the day and at the time arranged. Absolutely prompt. The contractors were professional, polite and friendly. They did everything that was required for the electrical, gas and water certificates. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house the way they found it which was neat, clean and tidy. A 1st class experience - thank you!

Excellent service
QC came out and did a full inspection for compliance certificates. I accepted their quote and they came and did all the work on the day and at the time arranged. Absolutely prompt. The contractors were professional, polite and friendly. They did everything that was required for the electrical, gas and water certificates. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house the way they found it which was neat, clean and tidy. A 1st class experience - thank you!

Dodgy Compliance Certificate
Bought a home with a certificate of compliance from QC. Plugs loose and tripping DBBoard. Circuit breakers old and loose. Wires burning to certain breakers and buzzing noise from the board but QC passed the electrics and told me it was my appliances causing the problem. Two independent electricians confirmed the subDB was illegally connected and the main board 'problematic'.....finally they sent an electrician who agreed there was a problem and tried to help. WhenI asked for a quotation to fix properly....at my own expense....they can't help me, too busy AND don't do maintenance work. (on their own work).Just the easy money for jam jobs. BEWARE!!
