Dodgy Compliance Certificate

Bought a home with a certificate of compliance from QC. Plugs loose and tripping DBBoard. Circuit breakers old and loose. Wires burning to certain breakers and buzzing noise from the board but QC passed the electrics and told me it was my appliances causing the problem. Two independent electricians confirmed the subDB was illegally connected and the main board 'problematic'.....finally they sent an electrician who agreed there was a problem and tried to help. WhenI asked for a quotation to fix properly....at my own expense....they can't help me, too busy AND don't do maintenance work. (on their own work).Just the easy money for jam jobs. BEWARE!!
