I app**** for a contract on purple mobile they phoned me and told me that I was approved, they told me that after my first payment went off on debit order they would send me the phone. Debit order went off 2 weeks later the device was send to me. I switched the phone on and it was locked it said I needed to sign papers that was sent to me with the phone take pictures and send it back the phone will then be activated, upon doing so the phone was activated I then realized the phone was already setup by purple mobile, WhatsApp and email and they have full control over the device device. This was never not once mentioned to me before I had the device activated. I immediately canceled the contract and asked for my money back. R1469.00 were deducted R585 were paid back to me. According to them they charged me for canceling the contract. They were not honest from the start. If I were to know that before hand that that have full control over the device emails WhatsApp and so forth I would never have gone ahead with it. Please feel free to contact me 064 685 4435 before you sign up with them. They are *****s. They will not be straight from the beginning they will take your money and not pay it back to you.
