Condescending "manager"

Wish I could give them a 0 star rating. The entitlement manager was laughing at me the whole time while talking. I asked to speak to someone above her and her response was that nobody was above her.

The "manager" was condescending and unprofessional because according to her internal policies overwrite law and do not have to be in line of the South African Law.

Is the acceptable? Professional?
