very weak service if no service most of the time, SYSTEM OF DEBIT ORDERS DONT operate correct. September 2023 we had a theft where a technician ****** brand new powerbank out of main room cupboard draw. The lady in charge in office is very arrogant and also give orders to technician to remove radio etc fromclient premises in a room cupboard so that there is no connection in future anymore to and from there offices WITHOUT CONCENT OF THE CLIENT and after deduction of premium May 2026 of the armed response agreement monthly .We as clients never but never gave them any grievience to do so. THIS IS REALY BAD FOR A COMPANY THAT TELLS US THEY ARE PRIVATE SECURITY ARMED RESPONSE and do not care about their clients!!!! If no deduction from a certain month been made by this company s offices why must the client be responsible for this scenario. The client had signed an agreement of a payment monthly. Why must the inside alarm also be switched off when they switched off alarm from their offices they are responsible as to go and see the client about a problem and give a letter in writing but nothing is happening - just switched off all alarms. There was no alarm button on doors etc faulty as last technician touched everything in the property it stays as it is. We dont tounch no where. We do live according to small income and we dont view often any statements therefor trust the company s offices is doing their work We do need clarification from this company CEO thanks

[email protected] 0825749086 Asking now more then a year for CEO PRSS appointment and ask direct contact nr - no response - bad poor service- no patrolling - no response - alarm disconnect from PRSS to client- no legal authorization to take from bank acc just any amount on debit order as they wish to do as we signed for a fix rate - agreement never stated any amount then a flat rate as asked and company deducting this flat amount since Oct 2023 -now not connected for 6 months and deduct all of a sudden huge amount - disgusting - poor service no patrol - Centurion

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from PRSS Guarding Services. Despite multiple attempts to resolve recurring issues, I was met with poor communication and repeated frustration. When I requested the necessary documents to cancel my contract due to their lack of professionalism, the Group Managing Director responded with "Wow, at last...". This was incredibly unprofessional and made it clear that they do not care about their customers or retaining relationships. Initially, our partnership began with promise, but it quickly deteriorated due to unresolved issues. Despite my requests for timely updates and effective communication, I consistently faced challenges with service delivery. Issues such as unexpected double debits and unexplained arrears were mishandled, leading to undue financial burden and inconvenience for my business. Moreover, concerns regarding the functionality of our security system, specifically the alarmingly short battery life and failure to notify us of power restoration, were not adequately addressed. These critical oversights raise significant concerns about the reliability of PRSS's services. Despite my efforts to engage constructively, including multiple emails seeking resolution, the responses from PRSS have been inadequate and at times unprofessional. The lack of accountability and proactive communication has only exacerbated the situation. My experience with PRSS Guarding Services has been deeply disappointing. As a business owner who values transparency and reliability, I can no longer justify continuing this partnership. I urge prospective clients to carefully consider these issues before engaging with PRSS Guarding Services.
