REFUND DUE BUT NOT FORTHCOMING

Dr. K Naik t/a Proscan (Practice #: ***)

On 19/12/2-25 my wife had an in-hospital CT scan which Proscan insisted that we pay R8080.00 up front for as, according to them we no longer had funds for this procedure available from our Medical Aid.

Proscan then submitted a bill to Bonitas, the bill was for just over R12.000.00, of which amount Bonitas paid them +- R9 000.00. Therefore, Proscan owes us money

Despite numerous requests to Proscan we have not yet received our refund. We have asked them to please acknowledge our emails which they have not done. As SASSA pensioners we cannot afford to be without this amount of money.

This lack of courtesy and disregard for what is rightfully ours is not acceptable in any way, shape or form.
