I placed an order onlibe on the 27 Feb 2022, estimated delivery to Gugulethu store was the 4th of the current went to the store to collect order was advised the order was not received as they can not pick it up on the system and it is not with the other online orders, Manager took my details promised to call Online and call me back with feedback, was not called, decided to call Online queries myself this morning and they connected me to the store because according to them the store has it my irder was shipped on 02/03/2022 spoke to a Yangafrom Gugulethu store who promised to look into the matter and then call me back, still awaiting feedback from Yanga and still uave not received my order.. This is realy annoying, was advised that it MAYBE at the store, advised that MAYBE is not good enough as I use petrol to go into the store...can Someone please sort out my issue
I bought vouchers from Wikideals because I had planned to spoil my Boyfriend on his Birthday which was on 23/02/2020 as he works very hard, unfortunately I had made the booking a little too late, spoke to Tatum who pulled all strings to make sure that we have our massages at the same time for that I personally thank you! Special thanks to Yvonne for making Baby's day a memorable one, he could not stop raving about the massage he got from you, all the way Home you were all he talked about and that made me very happy that you ladies came through for me. The professionalism and hospitality did not go unnoticed as well...Thank you very much guys!!!
My phone was lost stolen on 05/12/2019 reported the phone the same day and filed for a claim, to my knowledge Finrite pays out within 72 hours with the correct documentation, I have provided everything they have asked me to and I call regularly to check the status of the claim to my suprise when I called today and was advised by Ashleen she couldn't find my claim without a care in the world to ask my Policy or claim number, claim found told that they are awaiting documentation from, the same documentation I sent to them via the store on 13/12/2019 in the meantime am sitting without a phone and its the Festive season....pathetic realy!!!!
I have an issue with my credit card, upon using the card for years with the same pin code when I wanted to use the card it declined saying that I had entered a wrong pin was sent a message for a number to be called to have the issue rectify, however when making payments on the card using the very same pin the card takes the payment,.customer care sent me to the store saying they could not pick up why I was not able to use the card as on their side it shows nothing, went to the store and they called Financial services who was also not able to assist upon several visits to the store they decide to send me Absa bank thrice to have pin reset, still the card had the same issue even after resetting it, advised them they need to send me a new card, card arrives within 2 days great, card has no pin provided so I took it upon myself to assume that I will need to use my old card pin bouy was I wrong when I tried using the card it said incorrect pin sent me a number to call to reset pin automated system could not verify my contact number call dropped. I have been a headless chicken trying to have this issue sorted out to no avail not to mention the amount of petrol, airtime and time I have invested in sorting out this issue but no luck. Someone needs to do something now because am frustrated and I have run out of options.
<p>I ordered something online from a website that I normally purchase from on 28/04/2017 and this time I was given Fastway couriers to deliver my package,kept track of the package by tracking it on their website using my tracking no RA ********** 014 and to my suprise when I tracked the package today the status said delivered whereas I have not received the package,mind you I work in a complex where the gate is locked at all times so the driver would have to call me to request I open the gate,that did not happen and now they are claiming the parcel was delivered on Friday but I had tracked it and it was not showing so I called Customer services on ********** four times who promised to call me back because they need to locate the driver and call me back am still waiting on that call,called again for the fifth time was advised the driver will re-collect the package and deliver to me am still waiting on that too I have never had such a terrible experience with a courier until now</p>
<p>On 05 May 2016 our service was disrupted for a week we were not able to receive incoming calls,we called on to reporr the fault 5 times and were told that they had received the report,we had to wait a week for this issue to be resolved and that was with constant calling and logging the fault everyday,we use our line for business purposes now our line has been disconnected for non payment for a line that has been paid and this month rental is only due on 26 May 2016 when I called to inquire about this the automated system advised that if I have a bill dispute I need to write an email of which I did but still no response,it seems that we are just receiving bad service repeatedly from Telkom and now I feel it is time I do something about it</p>
