Very easy to hop on here and give businesses a hard time when they gets things wrong, but equally important to praise them when they get it right. Frozen for you certainly does this! Food is of an exceptional quality, delivery is particularly good, if you order early in the day you might get it that day, but will definetley arrive the next day. Easy to plan around and just generally makes life that much easier. A happy loyal customer.
These guys are ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!! They cloned my wife's car license plate (GP plate) and are running around all over Stellenbosch and Cape Town racking up fines, to the point where summons have been issued. Despite every attempt to reach out to them to get this resolved, we have received nothing to date. A case of fraud has been opened at SAPS to resolve this, but the fact they are so unwilling to assist makes me think this is the standard operating procedure for them, and probably have other peoples plates cloned, so watch out!
This has to be the single WORST dealership I have ever had the displeasure of going too. I wouldn't recommend this hole to my worst enemy! I took my car in for it's annual service a month ago. Get the usual oil change and car wash and that's about it. Asked if everything else was ok - "yeah no fine". Amazingly, a month later my brakes are making a horrid metallic noise, like a worn brake pads. Sure as Larry the rear brake pads are down to metal and disks need skimming. Quote is R8,700 for new pads and disc to be skimmed, on a Fiesta. Managed to take it up the road to an RMI approved workshop - R2,895! This place is criminal and I wouldn't trust these idiots with a teabag, let alone my car. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and thank me later. Absolutely pathetic to say the very least.
This company is an absolute joke! Everything on our wedding day was perfect, apart from trusting these idiots with the simplest task, a photo booth! They arrived on site only to moan about where there booth must go, being exceptionally rude to and upsetting our wedding coordinator (in front of the bride). The machine they brought looks like a cheap Chinese karaoke machine and the quality of the prints they print on site are awful - like desktop printer quality, no wonder they give as many as you want. After the wedding we had to chase them for our photos on Dropbox. Our gold package was supposed to include a free photo album/guest book, which we never received! This despite several emails requesting it, only to have zero response and never hear from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will stuff up your function! Truly awful company.
I recently cracked the screen on my TomTom Runner 2 which my fiancée got me for Christmas. Unfortunately she didn’t still have the receipt. I took the watch to the Cape Union Mart Hyde Park branch, where a service advisor called Neo assisted me (unfortunately I didn’t get his surname). I took the watch in after work at 17h50. The store closes at 18h00. Neo gladly assisted me and booked the watch in, saying he would find out from TomTom when they could collect and have it repaired. At 18h20, I got a call from Neo saying he had contacted TomTom and informed me that they could collect on the Monday, and asked whether that was ok, which it of course was. A week or so later Neo called to let me know that the watch was with TomTom. A week later Neo contacted me again and advised that the watch had been repaired and was ready for collection. When I get there, the watch was looked brand new in the original case. Neo advised that there was no charge and that it had been repaired by TomTom under warranty. I have never had such a painless and pleasant experience having something repaired. There are a lot of businesses in South Africa that could learn a lot from this company and staff like Neo. Well done guys, I would gladly recommend this store and specifically this branch to anyone!
I purchased 2 rings for my girlfriend and I. After I placed the order I got a call from DHL stating that i needed top pay R625 (total cost incl shipping was R1,243.50) in order for the ring to be released from customs. I was quite surpirsed by this as the website is SA based www.jeulia.co.za, so i thought i was purchasing locally. In actual fact all the jewellery comes from China! DHL told me that the importer was me and that I was liable for the customs charge. Nowhere on the site does it state that I would have to pay duties on top of the cost of the items, nor does it state this in the order or the invoice. I enquired from Jeulia about this and they stated that they were also unware of this. After some lenghty correspondence they offered me R350 back as compensation, hwoever now I read on HelloPeter that this appears to be quite common practice. This is gross misreprestation and very poor business practice. Last time I will ever buy from these scam artists. Its unfair on other sellers who offer items at higher prices but include ALL costs.
