RAILWAY FURNITURES *********** AND POOR MANAGEMENT AND STUFF
Railway Furnitures in Tembisa including head office stuff is so *********** after making a payment for 2 phones which were blocked instead of being assisted I was taken from pillar to post by their *********** stuff, I called a day after making a payment at their Tembisa branch where I didn't get help. I called spoke with a *** by the name of Lagos Kau he said phones will function in the evening I just need to observe bit nothing happened. 23 April26 I called I spoke with Khanyisile and she said she sent an email to the sane Kagiso Kau and hasn't responded, I call later on to get progress I'm told allow me(Kagiso Kau) to call in 1h30 min still no call returned. I call again and he transfered me to some lady and she said that people responsible for unblocking phones life happened hmwhereby 2 is in hospital and the other one is at the GP. I said so if the 2 are not in the entire shops/clients must be frustrated and be at standstill? No service delivery. This is not acceptable at all poor, *********** management and stuff.
