Line Movement not Done over a Month Now
I have multiple calls and have spoken to multiple people for my Telkom Line Movement which was booked on 7 March 2016 and has not been addressed till date. There have been many misleading statements made by Telkom's Call Centre Staff except for few who were helpful, however I think they do not understand the pain of the customer.<br> Today I have lost it as I had to make calls to remind them of the appointment made for today and finally the technician arrived after so many appointments dates I have discussed with them in agreement but no technician came until today.<br> Now this poor guy named Leon is contractor with Telkom and has been on hold with Telkom Technical staff for 2 hours to activate my line and no response, he finally left stating that he cannot do anything if he does not get help from the Tech Staff.<br> It is so frustrating that after a month a half of trouble and expenses that I have gone through to keep up with my work through other mobile WiFi providers and making calls to Telkom from my cell, today finally all that was to end and then Technician leaves because he doe not get help from Telkom Tech Dept.<br> Never experience anything of such situation in my entire life so far.
