Placed an order for an anniversary gift at 7.30 takes an 1hr drive from there location to the location of delivery got noted at 12.30 it went out for delivery and at 4pm I phoned as my wife finishes work at 4.30pm to found out where it is got told that they will make sure with the driver to be there b4 4.30pm got the call at 5pm to say she nor there to collect if you offer a someday delivery service then make sure u deliver. There's no promise it's the same day and it also over charge customers will be looking for a new florist that's actually is trust worthy and doesn't over charge their customer delivery person wasn't even willing to drive to a different location cause it's out of his way I mean really. It's only a anniversary 1 day a year and it's not the next day.
Food is at the moment very expensive for everyone but when it's expensive you would think there is atleast quality aswell. Just bought lettuce and tomatoes at super spar at Valley View and as soon as I open it I get rotten tomatoes and the lettuce is not even fresh it's absolutely pathetic that this quality can even be on the shelves
Well I placed my order on the 10 October 2022 for a birthday present for my wife. My wife only works till 3.30pm - So I phoned to make sure they deliver the gift on time as I had no issues before with netflorist. The staff tell me they can't guarentee the delivery time so I asked if theres maybe an option to change the address as it must be delivered today so he said it was only possible if the new address is 5min away from the original. So I wanted to cancel and then he said I know the T & C. So I said ok keep it on and sort it first thing the next day. AGAIN the staff didnt contact me like he promised and yet again Disappointment. The only thing the staff know is that the Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. SO be careful when ordering you might wait 3-4 weeks for your order to get delivered cause im waiting now 2 days where it was supposed to be delivered on the 11 October. What's the point if you order a bday present and doesn't get delivered on the Day. The staff/manager's since they dont know there managers either cant even give a solution all I wanted to know is where is my order or can they give me an option to change the address or must my wife stay her work address till 7pm to wait for them. BULL****....And she is still waiting
So I wanted to sell an Item and not any item a nice 6x seater solid wood dining room table and chairs with a slate tiling finish. I wanted R10 000 for it which obviously Cash crusaders clearly dont have to offer. Coming back to me with a nice R800 - R1000 offer on the Item. Now tell me how is this company clearly a money laundry company just there to ***** with there customers thinking only how desperate you are in need of money and offer you the least amount just to think you will take it for the money. WHAT A INSULT!!!! If they dont think the item will sell they should just say they not interested in buying the item then offering me such a ****ed up price. THIS PROVES THAT THEY ARE THERE NOT FOR THE VALUE OF HELPING THERE CUSTOMERS WITH REASONABLE BUYING PRICES BUT ROBBING THEM FOR THERE VALUABLES!!!! Next time just say you dont want the ****ing item!!!!!!
Im very angry at the service i get at the keywest telkom branch as no one in that place can help you with anything, we had a contract with them for 2yrs and then was charged extra as our contract expired, but no one at telkom contacted me or informed me that my contract expired and when i went to there branch it was like talking to a plank cause she could not even help us with why that happened and had a bad attitude. Im with cellc and we were looking to change over to go with telkom but with this bad service they just lost 2 customers and hopefully more as they cannot provide better service to there customers.
