I have ordered a item online which was suppose to be delivered on the 2 Jan 2025. My item was bot yet packed. I have to call amd WhatsApp the whole time for feed. I asked them just to speak to my nearest branch and ask if I can go and collect the item there and get back to me. They did not. I called back now asking to speak to a manager. I drop the phone as no one got back to me after 15 minutes. I just want my item as it was a gift for someone.
These people indicate that want to help you but all they do is take money from you. When I wanted to cancel they wanted more money which is not on the original contract. I lots about R50000.00 to them and now they have stories. Please be careful do not approach this company for money . There is a open ***** case against them
We had a contract with dstv. This month they took R1208 from our bank account without notice. Our debit order is R949. When we called they said that our contract expired, but we didn't even get a notice on email or sms that it has expired. We want our refund of R259. Dstv are ******* and they are ripping us off. They charge so much, but the shows are showing repeatedly over
I have a DSTV ACCOUNT for 8 years now. I wanted to upgrade last week but they requested documentation. I had send a follow-up today only to find outvthey cant help. This is the first time every doing this. The call center refuses to putvme through a manager and they are so rude. They give the excuses they are working from they cant give me a manager now. This is unacceptable as i work from home and can still do all functions to transfer people to a manager. It is also highly impossible that they decline me has my account is always up to date. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM TO UPGRADE BEFORE
Since last year June 2020 i have contacted DSTV a number of times regarding showmax. As a DSTV premium client we get showmax for free, but since last year June 2020 the have charge me R99 every month. i also have the lock price. i have asked the to stop and refund me but till date nothing. DSTV owes me R1386 it will be R99x14 months. If i asked to speak to a manager they always say we will send him her an email to contact you but no one is calling me.

I do not recommend anyone to go to DR. Irene Coetzee's practice (29 Landor St, Tulisa Park, Johannesburg, 2197) as she is never in her office to assist you when you have a problem. She has a receptionist that is not doing her job correctly and is always walking around. I always have problems when going there. She does not listen when I talk to her and talking above me. She is rude. I wanted to give her the details many times before but refuses to take them. I HAVE TO DO HER JOB FOR HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have 2 explorer's. We rented a movie and want to view it on both side. When we phoned them they said wehave to rent it again and pay twice. The 2 is linked. They say it stands in there t&c but it does not state there. They can only give a verbal t & c. They dont want to solve a problem. Phone calls lasted 2 hours.
