I ordered an item online, paid for it, received a confirmation but after that they disappeared!! No answers to when I will receive my order - after 5 emails to them and now the website is also not available any more!!!!
I still have not received any feedback on my previous complaint of the fraud case as reported I received a sms from Vodacom the morning after my first report on Hello Peter to say that they are looking into the problem but that is that. Nothing since - 2 weeks have already passed and not a word!!!! Vodacom stays useless
I Reported a possible fraud situation on my data card on 21 January 2015 They logged the complaint and said they will get back to me . I enquired every second week for 5 months and in July 2015 they said that the review was send from the fraud department to the finance dept. for my payback on the case that was established as fraud - a second sim card was issued for the data card by one of the employees at Tzaneng Mall in Limpopo. After that I contacted them but without any feedback Every time I waited in a line at the Customer Care shop in Menlyn only to hear that they are still waiting for finance. On 12 November I went to see Tebogo Mabele at Customer Care in Menlyn and he promised to come back within 2 weeks. Nothing happened and I mailed him again on 4 December 2015 to hear what is going on. He did not reply and I send him a mail again on 9 February 2016 but I am sure that I will hear nothing from him or Vodacom because they are useless and hope that I will forget about the whole situation They owe me more that R10 000.00 on the misuse of my data card.
