Horrible experience the service manager Martinus Van Niekerk is very condescending they don’t want to replace parts with new ones they looking for a quick fix of rather cleaning it and what makes worse is my car was still in warranty when raising these issues just very unprofessional and the level of service is sub standard is like begging for something you paying for
On the 5th Sept I logged an insurance claim with Better sure/life I keep doing the follow up whenever feedback is requuired the matter was esaclated Kayleen her service was still pathetic to say they least they dont want to help and they just a bunch of ****s that just debit your money without any service I going to rent abt them on other social platforms.
This is one of the worst banks most of they clients are black people and they think they are uneducated.They have frozen my mothers accounts every time we ask help they not willing to assist went to they head office and they said clients are not allowed what bull**** take accountability for you stupid ways of working very useless bank indeed
Took a bicycle that I bought in Decenber in from the time I got in the store the was a rude sarcastic lady telling me that the warranty does not cover the frameware which it does not say so on the slip had to ask where to go she did not know the customer service ladies were even more rude ask for Manager he failed to come through the person that was asked to fix the bike was called several times until I went to look for him myself.They service is appalling sick and disgusting it's shit the place must just shut down<br> <br>
