By far the most useless and worst bank to ever have. Never get an account with these people. All they after is your money with no service or security in return
Please do not use Capitec and be very weary when using a business or paying a person using Capitec. Your safety is not a concern for these people. Probably why it's the cheapest bank. Had money ****med from my account in multiples and all the other banks were able to recover my money and return it yet Capitec refuses to do so even with a SAPS case number. They have done nothing about it and insist that they will aid and abet ********s. I would please like an explanation from Capitec explaining why they are protecting *****sters and ********s? Is it because they themselves are ********s and *****sters?
Do not ever apply for FNB bank account. These people are professional ********s. Had money ****** by FNB themselves and when you catch them out they refund it. Further more someone has ****** a large some of money from me and FNB are not doing a thing about it. Reported to ***** department but nobody can give me a progress report or feedback. Also cannot answer why the transaction has not been reversed yet. I am a client of FNB so my interested should be looked after as this is what we pay for yet it seems FNB are protecting the ********s. Sat on phone for over 2 hours being passed from incompetence to more incompetence, but quick to take bank charges for no service or security what so ever, where does it end? Money should be reversed back to paying customer and FNB can go on their merry way with whatever investigations they want to do in their own time. But we have all seen this before, then the story will be that the money is gone, not that it took FNB months to do what they paid to do.
This is the second time I'm writing a review about this rubbish service provider. IV have taken this matter up with rain about 15 times now with no success, yet my money is taken on time Everytime for a service that does not work. Internet does not work and when it does it is extremely slow. Can't even use for emails. Utter bull****! Nobody has even contacted me to assist in fixing the problem. The one person that did call me promised to follow up and return a call which was 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting. I still don't understand how you have a cheek to charge for **** that does not work. Get your **** together
Utter rubbish.....does not work at all. Can't even use service for what's app and email let alone watch a movie. Complained numerous times now with no communication or feedback. Nobody has even bothered to attend to the problem now for 3 weeks. Internet speeds are lower than 1mb/s so I don't know what one should use the service for yet they are on point at taking there money for service that does not work. Surely after 8 attempts of complaining somebody should attend to ones query .....? Do not recommend to anybody. Typical South African service provider
Don't not use this company. Sneaky dishonest clowns who don't know their job but charge premium prices. Claim to recondition compressors but are incompetent then shift the blame on to customer with no valid reason. Claim customer failed to replace parts on vehicle whilst it doesn't even have that part from factory..... No reason or cause of failed compressor after you supposivly fixed? Thieves...

firstly this takes the meaning of medical scheme to a new level after paying a rediculous monthly installment you get absolutely nothing in benefits what so ever as you still end up paying everything in cash. for a top medical plan this is bullshit. now they will not renew our contract as it was 2 months behind nd when I call to pay the arears amount they come with some bullshit excuse that it's been 90 days with no cover whilst I have a email from them stating benefits where cut from 1 Nov.i dunno....mby they also suffer from a standard 5 qualification nd cannot count. absolute bullshit nd typical of a company that's just out to take you hard earned money nd give you fuck all in return. so much for loyalty
