Still no refund after 3 months.
Poor after sale service and communication. Almost 3 months later and we have still not received our refund for a product that was returned. After adhering to their returns policy. Their advertising is misleading, and their contact information is suspicious. They do not answer phone calls and do not reply to emails... 10k is a lot of money!

Best Service and Accommodating Team!
A huge thank you to the team and support staff at 123NET. Every schedule was adhered to, every update was given precisely... We had our fiber line installed and connected, and the signal team patched up without any hiccups! It was great dealing with them!

The Best in the industry!
During the load shedding period as a business owner we could not afford to have any down time, I contacted theofficeguru to send a rep out to assist us. They were on site the next day and had my full proposal ready within hours. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, I was not nagged every 15mns to see if I had made my decision which is frustration when running a business, Kevin contacted me only to find out if there were any questions I had. We awarded them the business and was blown away how fast and simple the process was. These guys are seriously a step ahead of the rest. Well done guys and thanks again. ImageBuild
