Phone call made 18/03/2020 Shafick Allow took my call and handled it professionally and assisted me in a courteous yet friendly manner. He is a shining example to have in the company. I hope that I can manage to get out through to his phone more often.

I signed up for FTTH in March 2017 before fibre had been laid in our complex and Vox was aware of this fact, now that I have fibre laid down and ready to be installed in my home they are nowhere to be seen or heard. I have called so many departments and sent emails and not a single reply or even just a note as to what the delay is. Sales teams stood every day waiting to sign up contracts in my area and now that the time has come to honor their contracts they are absent). Should I find a different network to use (this is a highly competitive market after all) or continue to wait like an idiot for a reply and installation from Vox? This delay is costing me money as I have planned on cancelling my landline and thus saving myself about R800/month. NOT COOL VOX! NOT COOL!!
