NO FEEDBACK AFTER CONTACTING THEM MANY TIMES
I've been having issues with my alarm system, no sign given by chubb to say im protected by chubb and when alarm goes off getting a response way after 5 mins. ever since I installed the alarm system NOT once have I seen a chubb vehicle patrolling the area. I have also spoken to 1 supervisor and 2 managers, which they have promised me the issue would be sorted out within a day or two. it has been almost a month and my problem still persist! my alarm system still under guarantee, this is very poor customer service!!1 reply
