Never order from Shein
I placed my order on the 4th of November and paid customs duty. Estimated delivery date was 8 - 11 days. They keep sending notifications about no flights. First it was flight will depart on the 23rd now it has moved to 28th. This is pathetic . I don’t think I can get my money back. I can’t get hold of anyone at Shein. That stupid bot is useless and sending emails is also not working. They should be shut down if they are not competent and want to **** people.

Very bad service
Very upset with their service. We signed a contract with them to manage our property which they are failing to do. We are constantly getting reminders from the body corporate on late account payment yet the tenant has paid them on time. When we call they have an excuse everytime for not making payment.

Not refunding on cancelled reservations due to unathorised payments
I tried making a reservation via their call centre online and they kept telling me that my reservation had been cancelled but the money had been deducted on my card. The agent told me the transactions will be reversed and the money put back in my account in a few minutes. The transactions have not been reversed to date. I tried calling their call centre they put me on hold then the call gets cut off. I have sent an email still no feedback. They are trying to get money out of me for a service that was not rendered.

Car guards
<p>Got sworn at by a car guard because i did not give him money when i was driving away. Of which i did not have change and at the time i was more worried about my baby who was crying in the car. I would also like toknow why they write down peoples number plates </p>

Delivered wrong stuff and not apologetic
I bought a queen size duvet set that they were selling and they advertised buy one get one free. The order was delivered without the extra piece for free. I called to ask they said they would send it, the extra piece eventually cam and it was a wrong size it was a 3 quarter. I called to ask why and was told that, that is the way it is because the queen size was out of stock so I should be happy with the 3 quarter. The lady I spoke to told me to give it to a friend or family(this was when I told her that I could not use the 3 quarter and asked if I could return it). Alternatively I should return it and get no refund
