Excellent and prompt service. I sincerely appreciate that you delivered on schedule in such a short amount of time. When I talked to my best friend in the morning, she seemed depressed. I placed my order for flowers to lift her spirits at around ten in the morning. By 1 pm, the flowers had arrived. I appreciate that you came through for me.
My order was initially scheduled for delivery for Mon 02-Dec only to get an email that delivery has been postponed.I followed up and called daily and I was told my stuff has been packed Howethere is a shortage of drivers to deliver.Then today you tell me some stuff is out of stock and I will only be reimbursed in 10 days.No this is not what I signed up for,Why did you take my order if you had shortages on your side.This order has to go home this weekend and in full.The order that was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of Dec still has not been delivered today on the 7th of December. I also still have not even received.My refund I am so disgusted in your lies ,Dishonesty and inconvenience that you have caused me.You the worst online service provider and should stop online services if you can’t manage them.When you go to the branch there is no one to even assist you they keep on disappearing.

I ordered a Queen Bed Set in December.The bed set was delivered to me but the base was a queen size and the matress an extra length. I immediately called to log a complaint. I stayed with the bed for about 2 weeks. I called several times following up on when the bed will be collected and replaced. Bed was collected after 14 days. Its been almost a month now my account still has not been credited and I havent got a replacement for the bed.The mistake was on their side but am the one suffering and inconvenienced coz of your poor service. I have called several times following up and all your consultants do is tell different stories daily. Am the one running after you yet you delivered a poor service to me and are not even bothered to fix it. I am so dissapointed and very angry. I have tried to be patient with you guys but honestly am not happy with your return policy or procedure. You deliver wrong goods to me. I report the next day only for you to come and collect them after i call you 10 times following up. Collection was done and its been over 14 days still my account has not been credited again, i call you daily to do a follow up and all your customer service consultants tell me different stories daily. Am so frustrated and dissapointed about your service. When you want someone to order you call them daily but to solve a customer complaint the customer needs to be calling you and follow up. You dont even bother to call me. This is very inconveniencing. Pathetic service
i had an accident 4 days after i joined the policy I called my personal portfolio consultant to inform her and she referred my case to Mariska in the claims department. Mariska called me and got a report of the whole incident. She had a great attitude and was following up on the case.I sent her the required documents for my claim and she went the extra mile with my case.She had a good attitude
