I am bitterly disappointed in Cielo's policy of not allowing collection of orders. I do not find this important fact listed on their online terms and conditions therefore false advertising in my opinion and the legality of it is questionable. Why should I pay hundreds of rands extra for something I can collect. They have a warehouse in Grahamstown Road and should provide this as part of good old customer service. After being forced to pay for a delivery of 1 chair , I had to call to remind that i have no idea when the order will be delivered. Promised for delivery today. It is 14h18 and not a call, i had to call them and at this stage, still no idea when to expect. So prepare yourself for being ********** but also to beg for service on delivery that cost you hundreds for a small item. That said, the staff at the Walmer Branch are friendly. I know that this is not their fault. If I could rate Cielo a zero I would! After buying my last item I saw online a lovely rug but guess what Cielo, you have lost ANOTHER customer as I see you have already become unpopular on social media for this very problem Pathetic policy. Not a happy customer....
Purchased a environ product that was ill recommended to me by the staff. Product burnt my skin. Complained a month ago to owner who told me to return the product for an exchange. To date not resolved so I am out of product. No credit. No replacement and owner ignoring my calls. When I do get to speak to her I have to explain again what query this was and how she needs to speak to the receptionist??? Pathetic service to say the least. How the hell to you ask product to be returned. And then say u cant credit and wont replace
