I was kept up to date with the repair process until the completion
I ordered and paid for 19kg gas cylinder on their digital platform. I received order and payment confirmatio from the company. When it came to delivery time, the company called to request a payment of R300 which is not on the invoice, stating that cylinders and fuel is expensive. This is totally unacceptable treatment of customers and they must stop online sales as they have different prices. which are contraditory. If they don't update price increases, it is not the fault of customers and they must deliver the goods per invoice. There was no apology from the company.
They installed my solar gyser in November 2011 and it does not work. The solar geysers industry body inspected the installation and confirmed that it was not installed to standards and that it was not working. The service is very bad. They have not delivered on my late dad's tombstone since last year and we have been sent from pillar to post. No update and confirmation whatsoever about the order. There is no commitment on their part to fulfil the order. My mother who is 76 is at pains as she feels she will pass away before the order is fulfilled. They are operating outside of the law by illegally loading your third party lease rental on your meter wallet. When you top up your utilities wallet they illegally deduct the 3rd party rent and not use the money for water and electricity as they are mandated. They are not a collection agency.
I had printing orders in December and the first order they sent late. Some of the covers when not laminated properly because they were rushing it. I placed second order and it was done well. The 3rd order was placed on the week of the 16th December and upon inspection I noticed the lamination was not done properly because the covers were peeling off. I sent images and they promised to fix it, and I told the about the meeting with my distributors to send their samples in for QA so that we will be sure of the quality and shelf life once the books were placed at stores.<br> Ronnie undertook to resolve it and to ensure that I had books to take to the distributor. On the morning of my meeting there were still no books delivered. He waited for me to leave for my meeting and then delivered the same copies with the same problems on the covers. I called him to ask him why, and he promised to send someone and as usual it was just a lie. I always give them ample time to do the printing job & lamination, but they only do a rush job just when they are about deliver. Am stuck with book copies that I can't sell now.<br> I explained to him how important it was to deliver quality as am supplying stores.
A parcel that was posted to me in KZN by Mr Struan Croft via speed services courier,registered with a tracking number.<br> i went to the post office to trace the parcel and it never arrived. Each tine I went I will be met with funny faces because they knew my parcel was stolen. Inside the parcel was a black blackerry bold 9700. One of the cashiers one day decided to tell me that the parcel was stolen and I needed to fill in the insurance claim forms and I DID.<br> I phoned speed services several times and still there was no payout. The issue was then assigned to Walter Makgoba on the 23rd of June 2015 who promised my claim will be processed as soon as I forwarded the affidavit and confirmation from the sender.To date there has been no payout with the possibility that the payout was diverted to another person instead of me.<br> [Email Removed] , [Email Removed]
