I have paid Unisa for registration only to find out I was not registered even when I have paid on time, thereafter on the 21st April 2026 I requested a refund, and sent all supporting documents including My account statement from them showing I have a credit balance even added a proof of payment screenshot. refund turnaround time it's 15 days from day of submitting refund request form. I have been following up in the interim while waiting for 15 days, and will only get response after 3 days, I even called them and the guy who assisted mailed them, Today on the 20th May 2026 I receive email from them stating I should send documents in PDF format in order to be refunded, the document were PDF, except Proof of payment sent it was screenshot from my banking app. I was very inconvenienced by Unisa due to the way they handle this query it is unprofessional
Webafrica kindly pay back the remaining amount, the refund was not fully processed. I have made 2 payments and only one was refunded kindly pay back my R275. I have never used your services.

bad service I have ever received, I have paid twice for new order for service I have not used. meaning no one contacted for installation that was 6th March after I paid, every day from the 6th March I have been chatting on whatsapp with different agents, that misinforms me, now lastly i requested for refund last week, and i was told i need to place a new order for line 2 since the main house already has line 1, so now the money i paid was put to line 1. Today I made a follow up for refund request i am told no feedback from finance I must check tomorrow. mind you i have not received any email or communication from Finance like I was told by an agent who processed refund, from 6th March 2026 till 20th April 2026 nothing is being resolved, PLEASE WEBAFRICA PAY BACK MY MONEY SO I CAN GO TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS
The service is very poor, the claim was submitted the 2nd August 2023 till today the 8th August 2023 they still have not make a payment, they will refer you to safrican when you contact them i was told they do not have such a claim on their system, other insurance institutions already made payments with same documents submitted to them including Banks Fnb the best we buried my father with FNB payout, We have been with Bolokanani for over 15 years and this is what we received from them, the admin ladies they follow up with safrican only when you call them and say nothing has been paid, it makes you wonder if they even care about clients.
I ordered since the 14th October till now my order not received I keep getting my order is in progress and it will take 7 to 10 days, please do not buy from Snatcher not even sure if I will get refunded after going through other reviews I should just purchase from takealot very reliable
On the 12th October my iphone6 device was collected for repairs, and I do not have a spare cellphone which I was not an issue as I was told it was going to take 5 working days, On the 15th October I sent Abongile an email do to a follow up on my claim, and there was no reply. On the 16th October I called their office and I was transferred to claims admin and spoke to Ismaeel only then I was told to pay access of R150 then my phone can be sent for repairs which I knew about paying R150. as it is on the contract I signed when I started joining them, the pathetic service I received from Nelisiwe was so inconsiderate the only thing she said on the phone was she receives a lot of emails and she was sorry clearly she is not doing her job, if she was I would have known that my fone is still with them and not sent for repairs because they are waiting for a R150 first then they can send it. I have paid the money and even attached a proof of payment to Ismaeel whom he also went silence after I have sent him an email. I called them again on the 19th October for another follow up, and I was told to wait for another 3 days. I am leaving this insurance.
