THEY CRACKED MY WINDSCREEN ! Terrible service!!!

THEY CRACKED MY WINDSCREEN!!!! Do not take your car here . My car was fixed and apon collection I saw my windscreen was cracked . They said the heat from the spray bay cracked it and now they won’t take accountability and ive been without my car for more than 3 weeks. They are full of excuses and very unprofessional. Don’t take your car there it’s a huge risk !!!!!

Netflorist terrible service and late deliveries!!!

SO DISSAPOINTING!!! Bad service. I placed an online order yesterday, and it still hasn't arrived!!! The tracking system is the worst. No phone call to ket us know its late. By 21:30 last night still no delivery. What's the point of sending packages, and they don't arrive, and there moment has passed, and the surprise is ruined. I WANT NEW FLOWERS OR A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT, because the ones I'll be getting today won't be fresh!!!!!!!

COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE OF AGENTS!!!! No idea what they are doing.

I have called over and over to sort out my medical aid premiums after they lapsed. How many of us have a financial crisis at some point and to reinstate medical aid should be easy. Each agent I called has a different story. One says it's been re-activated, yesterday they said I overpaid by 6K. An hour later a phone call that I didn't overpay. I paid more than 6k, sent POP, filled in all the paperwork and no agent has any clue why the funds were not being completed a month ago. All this wasted airtime and precious time was wasted after I did all on my side. Completely useless no accurate information on their systems. Almkist a month of dead ends with *********** agents. WHY? Get organized and do your jobs properly. They still have different stories. CLUELESS as to the status. This is SHOCKING!!!!

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATED BUT STILL GETTING DEBITED

I terminated by member ship in 2021 and am still being debited . This is fraud !!!!! How’s this possible? I want my money back !!! Cancellation was confirmed yet it seems to still be active ? Fix this ! It’s robbery

Fraudulent debits from my account

Why is Safari now stealing from me ? I spotted lots of R1 deductions from my bank account. Who gave them permission to do so . Theft and fraud. Disgusting to take from your customers account without any justification. Stop stealing from us !!!!!!!

LIARS!!! THEY USE OLD GLASS AND TELL YOU ITS NEW!!!

These men are LIARS!!! They came to repair my window after a smash ans grab incident. Maybe they assumed that since I was a woman I knew nothing. I stayed to watch them and then saw that they were putting a USED/OLD window and NOT new glass. They never mentioned that the glass was old. One of them then apologized for not being honest while the other was rude. So they buy old glass from a junkyard or wherever and then lie to customers that it is new. Making PROFIT off cheap glass and making you pay a fortune for it! THEY DID NOT EVEN BRING AN INVOICE/RECEIPT LIKE ANY LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WOULD! Rude liars!! Don't use them!

OUTSURANCE ROBBED ME! Captured 2012 car instead of 2009 and won't refund difference,

I was with Outsurance for 13 months claim free. They were charging me R868.73 monthly, on the 13th month I got fed up of this VERY high premium and phoned around to check for further quotes. I then called Outsurance to cancel my policy. I told them about the above, only to find that they had CAPTURED MY CAR ON THIER DATA BASE AS a 2012 model ALL along !!!! Their managers called me begging me to stay with Outsurance and PROMISING me that the person who capured the INCORRECT details would be disciplined. MY PREMIUM WAS R868,73 INSTEAD OF R703.00. That means they had to refund me R162,73 mulriplied by 13 months amounting to R2115, 49. This is FRAUD!!! Till this day they have refused to make our telephonic calls available.(IT IS MY RIGHT TO HAVE THEM- they are there for discrepancies such as this. All I get are excuses and lies. SHAME ON YOU YOU ARE CROOKS!!! Give me my money! YOU made the mistake not me.

Sworn at and manhandled

A white woman at this shop told me I am F$&@ing stupid and continued to swear at me in front of all the customers after I queried the ridiculous prices of their print cartridge refills . This vile woman then proceeded to man Handle me trying to push me out of the shop and grab my arms. This is assault and on a Sunday of all days . I have never come across such shameless aggression and abuse by a woman in a store . beware of this woman and this shop. had I not remained calm I wonder how far this woman would have went .Dangerous people like this should not be in stores .
