She is always quick to respond to emails, closes queries efficiently, and has been incredibly helpful with member claims refunds. Her training on the Kaelo portal was also professional, clear, and very informative. Sandy is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. We've had bad reception on our farm for about the last 6 months. We've reported it and the last telephone conversation with the technician was that a booster will be installed at our house on 15 september but nothing as yet. I've tried to phone the technician but no answer and sent allready 2 sms'es with no reply.
