A few months ago, my vehicle displayed a low oil pressure warning light, and I took it to Park Ford for assessment. After inspection, I was quoted an outrageous amount of R320,000 for repairs, which I could not proceed with. I then requested that the vehicle be reassembled so I could collect it. However, upon returning to collect my car, I discovered that it now had an engine warning light on — an issue that was NOT present when I initially brought the vehicle in. This clearly indicates that something went wrong while the vehicle was in their care. What is even more concerning is that the mechanics attempted to hand the car back to me in this condition and even suggested removing the engine light from the dashboard instead of properly addressing the fault. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity and workmanship at this service centre. I immediately raised the issue with both Park Ford and Ford South Africa. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no meaningful feedback or resolution. It has now been over 3 months, and my vehicle is still sitting at the service centre. I am left without my car, constantly having to chase for updates, and dealing with a situation where my vehicle has deteriorated further while in the care of professionals who are supposed to maintain it. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I bought 3 Alva heaters from Makro Vanderbijlpark they are burning plugs in my house, they causing electric burden to me and my finances as I had to get an electrician to come and fix all 6 plugs. I am writing this while at Makro because they are telling me that they need to send the heaters to the supplier for observation and that can take up to 6 weeks. Now in this weather, I am going to have to sit in a house without heat because of Makris issues. Firstly when I made the purchase this was not made clear to me, had I known they sell counterfeit goods I wouldn't have bout this. I need heaters, it's cold I am not happy at all. This is nonsense.
I have been going to steers Vanderbijlpark SE4 for the fifth time now and every time they say they don’t have the panda meals but they are busy advertising the panda meals specials. They are false advertising. That is so disgusting
Poor customer service. Application pending since Monday, don’t know if it’s been approved or not. The lady assisting me also says she doesn’t know what’s going on. The frustrating part is that I constantly need to keep calling her all the time, when she promises to get back to me she never does. Am I at the mercy of the store or what’s going on. Every time I call their call centre I have to hold for 2 hours or more then end up not speaking to anyone. Is this Customer Service? I feel they should let me know so that I can if need be go look for another service provider.
I am disgusted at the treatment I got from Tekkietown in Centurion mall. I went there yesterday to cancel a laybye and was assisted by two gentlemen who gladly did the return, they informed me that they do not have cash in their till so they require me to supply them with my credit card in order for them to do the return. I gave them a capitec credit card and they asked for a pin of which I punched into their speedpoint and then they gave me slip that confirmed that the return was made. When I got to the office, I checked my phone and discovered that the same amount that was supposed to returned into my account was in fact debited from my account R465. I immediately went back to the store with the slips and everything I need as proof the money didn’t come into my account instead it went into their account. I was assisted by a lady called Cheriff who they claimed was a manger, indeed she looked into the matter and confirmed that the refund was done incorrectly, they claimed to not see the Laybye number and she calle IT and the referee her to Colleen in finance who also confirmed to see that she can see the refund money as well as the debit amount. We were there for 3 hours and we had to leave because they said they do the recon every day later so they cannot do the refund for both transactions. As much as I tried explaining to them that I needed at least the money they debited because I needed petrol to get home they stuck to the fact that they can’t assist me. Cheriff acknowledged the fact that the error was done by her team and the refund was not done and that finance said they will sort it out in the morning and that she will call us so we can get a cash refund or back into the card. She called at 9am and said she is still waiting for feedback from finance. Like I said in the beginning I am work during the whole time. Today during my lunch I went back to store, I asked for Cheriff and she came through, she went back to calling call centre and again she was being sent from pillar to post because Colleen was not answering her phone. She called again and this time Colleen answered and was telling her the same story as yesterday. At this time I was calling my husband asking for our lawyers details because wow.. he asked me to give Cheriff the phone and then proceeded to talk to the Regional Manager. She came and firstly started off with an attitude trying to dismiss him. At the end of the call, I asked her what the way forward was, she said we need to go do a bank statement and then come back to show them. Her attitude stank and she was not wanting to hear anything on our side. She said to me if I want her to help me then I will do as she says, I went on to tell her that she is going to assist me whether she likes it or not. To sum it all up, I spent more 6 hours at Takkietown Centurion mall between yesterday and today trying to get my money and all that Regional manager said was that she does not care and because I said bull**** she threatened to press the panic button. I am so disgusted and know for a fact that had it been a white womens money that was taken without her authorisation then she wouldn’t be in this situation it was going to be sorted out immediately so once again I was treated based on the colour of my skin. Even now I haven’t received my money back.

I have logged a dispute on MARQUIS FINANCE and STANDARD BANK POWERCURVE for not getting consent for doing an enquiry on my profile without my consent. Today again I had a look at my profile and found out again an enquiry was made in March again by the same companies. My score keeps going down, im not applying for anything yet I keep going down. Transunion is also doing the same thing, like this is messing up my life and nothing is being done by both Experian and Trans Union. I need to secure a home for my children and with this happening looks like im being *****ed by these systems. I need this sorted out.
I am really unhappy with Experian, I have for the past month tried getting ahold of them and each time I would hold on the line for more than an hour then just as I get through to them I get cut off, Like this is so frustrating, and none of them give a damn because had it been me or my employees i would be calling back the client. I just called again for the Millionth time, and guess what, I spoke to Khangelwa and quite, just like that again. I asked them to remove something I have paid up letters for from 2020 already and they chose to remove 1 and leave the other one. Today only, I was on the line for Experian for more than 2 hours and still nothing, I just managed to get the names of Khangelwa and Zanele. This is bad, I cannot understand why they are responsible for peoples lives like this, they are failing at it.
I have two accounts reflecting in my credit report under clear score, the company that listed me gave me a confirmation letter to state that am not in their records and this from 2020, I logged a dispute with Experian, provided all the documents needed and to date those two accounts are still reflecting on my profile they keep sending me updated report but they are still reflecting those accounts. The creditor that listed me (unlawfully) also tried intervening and to date the status remains the same, I have called, send emails, reported to the NCR and nothing. My credit is ruined by this. I am losing job opportunities over this, all I get is being sent from pillar to post, I dont know where to go or what to do now because of this.
I was just at Boxer Superstores at Sebokeng Plaza. I actually went there to go and buy bottled water for my daughter who is sick and is at the doctors office just a couple of shops down. I literally waited on the kiosk line for 28 minutes and still I was nowhere near getting to the paying point. While standing there I noticed a couple of people putting down their groceries because of the long wait, among them was an elderly lady who was there for a loaf of bread, she had to leave it on the nearest counter because she said her legs cant carry her anymore. I then decided to find out what the issue was, why we were standing there for so long, I asked to speak to the manager and they called Sibongile, her name tag was written Manager. Sibongile did not give me the time of day, I asked her what the issue was and she answered me very rudely whilst walking away. There was an elderly man behind me who also had concerns over this and he too was given the same attitude by Sibongile the Manager. She is rude, she is running the store as if it is her house and she treats people like they are trash, I am going to go so public about Sibongile and Boxer Sebokeng Plaza cause the treatment I and that elderly man got there was totally unacceptable and disgusting.
