I am happy with the prices and quick delivery. I wanted to speak before I ordered more than R3000, but was told to go on the site. Anyway the whatsap communication was good. I may suggest, allow for whatsap calls as well, I understand that many people will waste your time, but you might lose other clients who wanted to talk before order.

NOT HAPPY
I was forced by the estate agent to use this company and I deeply regret it. At the first sign of bad service I wanted to get rid of them, but since they took over the transfer it was not possible. Several issues; 1. Not paying attention to documents submitted. 2. Very difficult to get them on the phone. 3. Not acknowledging receipt of any communication.

Very aggressive, their agents are stalking owners like me on the internet and invade our privacy in contravention of POPIA Act, The person Vera Emslie is so out of line that she even has the audacity to tell us what to do with our own property.

The client service is very quick and good. However, 1. Private property by name only - most of the adverts are by agents, 2. Not allowing videos for private advertisers, requesting extra payments. 3. Not allowing pictures on the profile for private advertisers

Ridiculous Service
There is no way you can see what you are getting into. No information on the internet for rates and fees and drawdowns. You need schedule an appointment and wait 3 days - ridiculous.

Bad Service
Bad service. Waited 6 months for Fred Kruger to finish his job and still is not done. Charges R240 to change a single hinge! Workmanship is terrible.
