Today I have purchased Milk Tart from Food *****s Market & to my disappointment it has mould & funny smell.
I started experiencing network issues , the last time we were connected or rather the network was working was on the 25th of July , I logged a call spoke to one of your consultant bh the name of Arin, he keeps saying I should switch off , change position etc tried everything last week he advised he has escalated the matter & someone will contact me , to this day nothing , sent an email , to this day no one responded , I cancelled the contract due to this inconvenience caused & seems everyone is taking their sweet time on resolving it , I literally paid a my contract on the 25th of July but not even getting the service. August I called rain so that they can assist me with this since I was paying for a service that I was not getting. Up until today no one has called and I would like to be reimbursed the amount of days that I didn’t have connection.
Tickets ref:GHADPRPO1 and GHDM1S01 tickets were cancelled , Greyhound promised to refund me , I had cancelled the tickets on the 6th of July 23 , to Kummarie. I have been waiting for my refund till date , not receiving any feedback. I have exhausted all my resources, all I need is my refund.
Hi, I have purchased my Hisense washing machine in 2020 at Game Fleurdal in Bloemfontein, started experiencing issues in 2022 so far I have request assistance twice since machine is still under warranty, I have relocated to JHB last call logged was due to the washing machine tripping my main switch , they allocated a technician by the name of Welcome he came checked it out & advised to ordering a part , he replaced whatever that needed to be replaced but ever since my machine has been making a strange noise as a result it's not drying my clothes nor washing them. I made contact with the technician to advise him of this & his been promising to come through for the past two weeks I am very annoyed having to do my laundry with my hands whilst I have a machine. When calling his no longer taking my calls.

I'm so ****ed , after two months after I was hit from behind & my bumper got damaged , my vehicle was towed to Renew It Randburg on the 5th of November 2022, till date I still don't have my car back let alone an indication on when I will get it. Last week the car was in the Assemble department , today (07/02/2023) it was moving to their polishing department & I was told today it seems the electrician was busy with the car ( wiring) just like that , later in the day just before 5pm , that their team has logged an additional cost for wiring , I AM TIRED, I WORK WITH MY TO TAKE MY CHILDREN TO SCHOOL & WORK , BEEN SPENDING SO MUCH ON TRANSPORT & I NEED MIWAY TO INTERVENE THIS IS TOO MUCH , I WANT MY CAR BACK , IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THEY CARE AT THIS POINT, HOW DOES WIRING ONLY DISCOVERED NOW , THIS WILL TAKE ANOTHER MONTH TO BE ASSESSED & APPROVE WHILE I KEEP SPENDING MORE ON TRANSPORT & BEING INCONVENIENCED THIS IS TOO MUCH.
Such a horrible service from both Renew It Randburg & Miway Insurance , I have never in my life received such bad service , my car was towed to Renew IT , Randburg by my Insurance Miway on the 5th of November 2022 , today is over two months I still don't have my car back , at first the insurance assessor went to inspect the vehicle but they later discovered additional damages to the vehicle & waited for the insurance to approve , thought that was worse but No a week turned into three weeks later , they were now waiting for parts to arrived from Hyundai, it's funny but sad parts were on back order , I requested prove on this never received. Last week of December they updated me that vehicle will be ready on the 18th of January 2023 , today parts still on back order & will only arrived on the 24th of January 2023 , at this point I am frustrated, annoyed , disappointed, kids are returning back to school have no transport for them , I'm back at work I don't have a vehicle this is the inconvenience this has caused , already I can feel that I will probably get my car back in February, mind you the car was bumped from the back. My heart I feel like crying Insurances are also useless to be using such panel beaters who are so unreliable , the only time you want to get an update is when you call to ask for it , such bad service & lack of communication wow I'm beyond shocked. I will be asking Insurances if they work with Renew It would not recommend it to anyone.
#C1580783 Good day , The is regarding the claim number on the subject line , my experience by far has been the worst service I have ever received, my car was towed three weeks ago, Mzwakhe Mathebula the person responsible for my claim hasn't been helpful whatsoever , at first I was told my car will be towed from Renew it to Fleet VIP Solutions in Robertonville to be repaired there , I kept calling for updates only to find out days later it's still at Renew it in Midrand , tow vehicle was never arranged , this was two weeks wasted, I guess if I hadn't been calling all parties for updates I wouldn't have known that my car is still parked at Renew it because no one from Miway had sent an accessor to attend to the vehicle, after I had called Miway & a kind lady by the name of Jade Charlotte assisted in updating the system for the car to be repaired at Renew-It due to the time wasted. In addition to this Renew-It has found additional damages apart from what miway accessor had found , they have been waiting for approval this entire week. It's been 3 weeks , 2 days since the accident happened. Please note on the 7th of December 2022 the courtesy car has to return back and by the look of things I don't see my car back by than, I need to know what steps will be taken to resolve this matter? By when will my car be back, the process ane procedures taken here it's rather disgusting and I don't feel valued as a client , this by far has been the worst experience. I haven't really being getting constant updates but me having to call panel beater to get info. I am so disappointed in the service I have received thus far and looking forward to getting a respond and receiving a full report and importantly by when will I get back my car.
Hi, I would like to thank Jade Onthatile for assisting on following up & resolving the existing claim I have , I can't say the person handling my claim has been on a ball, it's been a week since my vehicle it's with the panel beater & no action has been made on it nor updates , speaking to Onthatile made me feel at ease & did a conference call with the panel beater getting me assistance.
I had bad service in a number of occasions , I cant wait for my contract to come to an end so I can cut ties with them & will never recommend any of my family/friends because their processes & procedures are rather USELESS. I took in my pone for repairs , they booked it in , quote came through , I paid when I delivered it to MTN with the copy of the quote together with my POP. This was two week ago . I have been calling MTN for an update , spoke to various people telling me different stories , this has been by far the worst experience of my life, sent various emails to MTN/service provider SSS cellular for updates no one is bothering to come back to me , their systems are not aligning or updated because WOW the call centre agents clearly knows nothing , they keep providing me with old info that a quote was sent , I fail to understand how is it not picked up on the system that payment was made , how far is the repairing stage , what still needs to take place , ETA of my phone , they know NOTHING. I need to know where is my phone , update , something its been HELL waiting for something thats already been paid for an update to know whats happening will be appreciated at this stage.
