Reluctantly upgraded one of 3 Cell C contracts i have on 19 August 2015.(Contract period was already over)
Received new handset 20 August 2015 via courier. (Great service!) (Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE Dual)
Stated phone to see that LCD panel had thin line that was flickering, from top to bottom.

I regarded this as an out of box failure and expected a new phone.
After navigating the Cell C call center experience a few times i was told that it there is a check that needs to be done on the phone to see if client damaged phone. I was not happy with this, but ultimate had to settle on this.
Emails to [Email Removed] does not get replied to.
A courier came to pick up phone a few days later.
Have had no response except the Cell C Customer Care Case Number : 5082100478 auto response.
Original thoughts to get away from Cell C proved to be correct.
NO customer service.

Sent in cancellation of contract mail to [Email Removed] this morning.
Lets see how how long this takes to be resolved. I expect to be made to jump through hoops...
