I have an income protection insurance policy with BrightRock and I am trying to claim for the first time in over 8 years, I couldn't work for 5 months because of cataracts & had both my eyes operated, but it seems like they are looking for every excuse in the book not to pay me out! They refuse to accept my 3 months bank statements they requested as proof of income, now they want an ITA34 form thst I can not seem to get as the bookkeeper is already on holiday, but I don't understand what my VAT / TAX has to do with them? They don't beg me for my payments every month, why should I beg them for money they are supposed to pay me for a legit claim, as they receives ALL the proof they needed for my claim!!
I would actually want to give them no rating at all, because they don't even deserve 1 star!! I ordered a Rain Internet sim card around beginning February 2020 & it worked for probably a few days, then I started having problems!! From 27 February 2020 @18:00, I have not had internet, they took their money on 29 February 2020 & not on 1 March 2020, as it was agreed to, but I have not had internet & have not had any after sales service out of them at all, I have been spending in 1 complaint after the other, with absolutely no luck at all, they are just ignoring me, as if I don't even exist!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO GET INVOLVED WITH RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS AT ALL!!!!!
