Eezi Move will be my go-to from now on
Eezi Move will be my go-to from now on. Moving is often very stressful, Jackie and the team at Eezi Move made it a stress-free experience. The price was reasonable, the movers arrived on time and finished early. Could not have asked for better.

SOME SERVICE PLEASE!?
This report concerns anyone considering Vodacom for any service whatsoever. Last year I signed a 2 Gig data plan for a laptop with Vodacom and with it I also bought the insurance packet on offer. Two months ago my laptop was stolen and the process of having it replaced has turned into a Customer Care Nightmare. After applying to have my laptop replaced and opting instead to take an iPad Mini 3, an additional fee of R 300 was required - reasonable, right? WRONG! - what ensued was two months of constant begging to have my claim processed. My claim was approved within two days after I applied but the physical act of delivering my iPad has been pathetic. I went back a total of 8 times (once a week for two months) only to be met with a promise that my iPad would be coming the following week. As if that was not bad enough, the additional pay-in amount also increased EVERY SINGLE TIME. When it finally arrived the amount due had increased all the way to R1922.00! - after considerable protest, the consultant realized that I only had to pay R800.00 - so misinformed!? - absolutely inexcusable. Avoid Vodacom!
