Star rating is actually minus five stars (-🌟) If you're looking to hire a car, do a favor for yourself, don't think of hiring from Wozani Car rental!!! You'll get a mechanically faulty vehicle, a hefty contract fee and a fight for your deposit after 14 days upon returning their car. I ended up serving them with a letter of demand of which they didn't bother to pay up until I had to go to a Sheriff (paid R500), only then that they paid back my deposit.
I bought a cold water pump, after almost 10 months my plumber installed the pump for the first time and it wasn't working. I call Eezi Pumps and Wayne answered. i explained all that was happening and Wayne said to bring the pump to the workshop, but the only day I had was a Sunday of which they don't open for business. Guess what? Wayne said as long as I can make 07H00 at thier workshop he'll assist. 06H40 I was there, he arrived just before 07H00 after I'd called confirming that I've arrived, he checked the pump then replaced what had to be replaced with no hassles or whatsoever amd friendly throughout. I applaud his customer service.
For the past four month ends Emerald was debit money from my bank account, R279.00 to be exact. I had no knowledge why this was happening so I called Standard bank for reversals. Recently I went to Standard bank for a loan application and was denied reason being "I reverse debit orders". I contacted Emerald life, filed a complaint and also went to their branch and filled in a cancellation for also mentioning a list of documents required by the bank i.e. written letter from Emerald life stating it was rightful that I do debit order reversals. Nothing has been sent to me, nor have I recieved a call from complaints department. I called in, spoke to Mfundo (Supervisor) from complaints department. From Monday he has not sent me the letter I requested
I have a complaint about the service i received from a Truworths store in West Street.I was assisted by a store associate on the 10/08/15 with a specific BVLGARI cologne that i wanted to buy and when i got home i realised that what she had given me was actually after shave and not the cologne that i had asked for.On the 11/08/15 i went back to the store to explain what had happened.The manager, Mary Jane did not treat me well at all as a custormer.She put the blame on me and said that the after shave has been used and that the box looks very old for something that was bought the day before.I tolerated her negetive attitude as I waited to hear what her final decision would be about the product I had bought.She finally said that they would still need to check the product to see and confirm what i was saying was true and that the people who will do that will only come on Wednesday 13/08/15 and i had to leave the after shave and the slip as i was only in Durban to visit family for the long weekend because i am currently residing in uLundi.She basically made me as a custormer feel like a crook/thief.
