Excellent Service!

Fantastic service from Marietjie and all support staff that assisted me with car hire on a claim. I have been a broker for 25 years, and work with most major insurers. R20 Wax Ring charged at R140

I tried emailing Drain Surgeon both locally (Polokwane) and Nationally, with no response, which is why I am posting here now. Drain Surgeon came out to my residence, fast and efficient service which I am happy about, call out fee and labor charged at R595 excl Vat which I am happy to pay as well. But material costs of R140 for a R20 wax seal ring is a 600% increase in price which I feel might be a bit much? Is it normal company policy? R140 is not much, but to put it in perspective you would not feel well if someone charges you R140 for a 2liter coke. It is done and paid and I am happy with the job done and the guy who did the job for me, but I don’t like being bamboozled, especially during these trying times where we are all struggling.

Rude, Disgusting and contravening the POPI Act

Phoned me with the usual “hello how are you” drivel and then told me I could get discount on insurance, when I told them I am not interested they promptly hang up the phone in my ear. Rude and disgusting
