Extremely disappointed with the level of service received regarding my refund. The booking was cancelled on 7 March, and to date (10 April), the refund has still not been processed. Attempts to follow up via telephone and email have either gone unanswered or have received limited and inconsistent responses. Despite receiving assurance from the Front Desk Manager that the refund had been fully approved and would be processed this week, no payment has been received. This experience has been both frustrating and concerning, particularly given the reputation of a well-known and established company.
I changed vehicles in October. At this time the agreement was that: 1) the previous contract (on old vehicle) will be cancelled with a reduced settlement of 1 month. 2) The new contract (on new vehicle) will become effective. However, despite this, Netstar have continued to debit my account for 2 x active units when only 1 unit is active. Extremely disappointing that Netstar does not honour their agreements. Furthermore, after spending 12 minutes with a call centre agent and getting passed from person to person without resolution, the call gets cut and NOBODY bothers to call back. Pathetic service netstar, very poor service and shocking customer service.
