Failing to rectify account from December 2022. August Statement shows credit of R 1890. Payments set up through payfast thereafter. Subscription now suspended saying account in arrears. Asked for statements from August to present and have not received them. Asked to escalate no response. A
Continously being hounded for payments from December 2022. Every month I have to repeatedly send proof of payments. requests for mangers/accounts department to contact me fall on deaf ears.
I need to express my dissatisfaction with your service/ your agent Carflexi. Firstly choose an automatic a manual was reserved. When booking I specially scrolled down and clicked on an automatic VW Polo. The lady Kate assisted me, she was unfriendly and not prepared to even listen to my problem. Her response simply was "you didn't book through us." She merely just stated the extra costs and that was her side. If First car rental is allowing Carflexi to sell their service they should take some responsibility for non truths being offered or sold. Secondly the advertised amount was R 1700. The rate I was now charged is far from this. Thirdly, I was given a Nissan Almera, which clearly is an old model car, given the nicks and scratches. The condition of the interior confirms my assertion of it being an older model car than those images that come up when booking through your company. Further evidence is the condition of the carpets, in particular the drivers side carpet is torn extensively. The vehicle lacks all modern features such as GPS, etc. The amount of 2000 reserved for petrol was never discussed. The incredible amount for the excess was mind blowing. In conclusion I will never use you and First car hire again.I will spred the word of your poor service. Thanks RB NAIDOO
CFE575DF Not what was quoted for. Amounts and type of vehicle advertised was a ****. Now way 6to speak to them. DO NOT USE.
Ordered and paid for badges. No delivery after a month. They refuse to answer calls or respond to emails. Phone numbers go to voice mail.
Trying to rectify my account every month from December 2022. Each month payment is made but not allocated. Need to resend POP every month. Then told account is sorted only to find the next month that the account is still in arrears. They have two accounts for the same unit and address. One showing zero balance, another showing no payment received from November 2022. But I still have their fibre service. Each time promises are made that the error has been fixed, only to start again the next month. Totally confused and frustrated with CELL C FIBRE.
Policy lapsed due problem with bank. She issued new policy immediately. Her demeanour was great.
