Bad customer relations. Quick to install, bad at coming back to customer when there is no service, mostly no service or interuptions.. Can't get hold of CEO Andile, he does not even come back to the client. Quick to stop service if they say we didn't pay, but we are paid up ever month. how can we do business with customers, or customers do with us if they can never reach us.
Standing in a line for 20 minutes with only one teller to attend to 25 customers -- branch manager is working at enquiries because they are short staff -- this is happening now for a while that is why the staff members resign -- the pressure is to much for them
