Best Service
Have professional staff that treat patients well. The queue might look long. However, you'll be attending by the doctor in less than 45 minutes. The doctors listen attentively to patients and provide the best medical care

Outstanding service
My sister was buried with dignity. I cannot express how professional the staff is (Doornfontein). The respect that they have is something else. They offer what they've promised and have affordable monthly premiums

Bad Service
They are the worst leasing company, the building is filthy and I have never come across a rude person like the building manager by the name of Thando at 120 End, he's rude to the core. now I have moved out they send me from pillar to post about my deposit, it's over 14 days now and they keep on saying they will process next week Tuesday every Tuesday i get the same response next week Tuesday. They are quick to cut off electricity to those who have failed to pay on time but when coming to refund people they have many excuses. Anyone who want to lease an apartment my advise is not to think about AFCHO, you will regret!!!!!

Poor Customer Service
I bought grocery and handed out my bags to the cashier so that she can pack while scanning, she took the bags and place them with the grocery and when she's done scanning she lift her hand expecting me to pay, I asked her who is going pack my grocery she said there are no packers I told her that it is not my problem she has to pack, with an attitude she fold her arms, I didn't give her my card instead I ask her to call the manager, immediately her face changed she was stressed, I insisted to see the manager eventually the manager came and I asked her why do customers have to pack for themselves- she answered by telling me that they had a meeting an hour ago with the staff about this issue telling them that they should pack for the customers she was shocked to learn that cashiers don't do as they are told. The cashier had no choice by then she has to do her job fully. I was annoyed by time wasted reminding someone about her job description
