Extremely bad service and it’s not the first time! Driver collected my food and went missing! Waited for more than 1hour and 20minutes and my food was not delivered. I have since cancelled my order and have deleted the app! Last time (Previous experience) the driver at my food and pretended to be lost until I reordered. He had the audacity to come back for the second order and when I confronted him about my first order it was in the bag but was opened and had been eaten. I’ll never use this **** app again!
I was attending the Oppikoppi festival this past weekend in Limpopo and when I was about to leave around midnight, I noticed that the car wouldn't start. None of the people I was with had jumper cables and we were deep in the bushes. Fortunately, I remembered that I have insurance with MiWay and called their very efficient 24hours helpline. I was assisted by Tshepiso* who was very polite and helpful. Within 1.5hours of having called the helpline, I was on the road back to PE. The service was quick and excellent . He kept me updated throughout the whole process including where their service provider was while I was waiting and even called back to verify if indeed I had been assisted. I am very happy with the service!
