The agent was friendly explained everything well. Great customer service, I learned a lot about insuring a car ,the level of efficiency into getting in details was just amazing.
Their customers service is toptier,they're efficient. They deliver fast and their products always exceed my expectations. You also get a cozy note that's a very special gesture and well appreciated. If they have to divide your order into two because they're still waiting for other products, they do that without extra cost. I highly recommend Faithful to nature and their unique products ✨️
If you're a bath ***** don't bother to book at Garden Court Milpark, usually when I'm in this hotel I request a bath without any hassles because last week I wrote a bad review that made them to respond to what I wrote now they refused to give me a room with a bath. I was here in November and in December but today they just refused to give me telling me that I need to top up R250 per night just for a bath. What is even worse in their rooms there are no fridges and I enquired in my first stay and I was told that you top up again. If you need peace of mind and to enjoy hotel stay don't bother to book in this hotel.
I bought a ticket using ebucks on Sunday when I was finalizing my purchase, there was an error occurred message but my money has been deducted. The bank is refusing to refund me ,they been playing dilly dally with me. I've communicated with the bank since Sunday using secure messaging on app. I wrote emails, yesterday I was promised that my money will be back to my account at 12:00 midday. I enquired after 16:00 & I was transferred to ebucks section, the lady that was talking to me said there's nothing they can do and she can't see the transaction on her side whereas everyone else was seeing the transaction and told me that it's only ebucks section that can assist me. What was even worse the lady just kept quiet on me. She just didn't respond to my questions, that was so unprofessional of her
I'm so disappointed with Clientele legal when I joined the policy they did false advertising. The agent that I spoke with **** to me. They promised to assist me after paying 3 consecutive premiums but now they're refusing to assist me. I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the same time.i paid my premiums so that I can be assisted.
For your safety please don't hire these people, my house almost burnt because of what they have done. Instead of repairing they just caused mess. Thanks to my electrician friend who works at Eskom who assisted me. They charged me R5000 and left every electrical appliance not working. If you want peace of mind please don't hire this company. They're clueless about electricity. They incorrectly installed the inverter burnt the batteries.
Worse established with owners who are rude and have ****** tendencies. There's no electricity at Tranquil B&B , they don't inform the guests in advance. When you arrive they tell you that the electrician are busy sorting the problem. That's not true,they haven't had electricity for a very long time and they withold the information to lure the guests to their establishment. We were there for a weekend, we wanted to watch football with my partner. They told us that they only switch on the generator from 17:00 to 22:00. The appliances are not working, when the generator is on ,only TV and plugs are working, everything else is just dead and decorating. When we requested them to switch on the generator, they were so rude and threatened us. They refunded us and told us to wait outside if we're not happy about their arrangement. We made it clear that we're not going anywhere until they refund us. Joey and the male owner were so rude and kept telling us that we were unreasonable whereas they were the ones at fault. If you want peace of mind,don't book that place..those people are ****** and rude. We received our refund and then vacated their room and fortunately for us Lucolo was not fully booked, w we booked there and enjoyed the rest of our stay at Lucolo. Just stay away from Tranquil B&B because you won't experience any tranquility, you'll actually experience the opposite.
The owner and the manager of the establishment are ****** without integrity. They're doing false advertising. The establishment doesn't have electricity and the generator is only switched on from 5pm to 10 pm. For the rest of the day, there's no power and they lie about it, saying that it'll be fixed soon . They also have ****** tendencies, very rude .
Sold me old powerbank, I bought a powerbank on Friday late,I then realised that the powerbank that I bought was old had scratches, even the package wasn't properly closed. On Monday I tried to take it back to Clicks Aliwal North, they refused to take it saying that I need to take it back to Bloemfontein. I was in Bloemfontein only for weekend, I can't just travel for the powerbank. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this. I'm stuck with something old not sure if it had all the things that are supposed to be inside...
Disappointed with Garden Court's bad attitude from Raymond the chef I booked at Garden Court Port Elizabeth for the 07th of July to the 14th of July. On Friday the 12th of July 2024 I experienced worst ever service from the chef by the name of Raymond. I don't eat pork so lamb liver was finished, the other chef requested him to bring lamb liver from the kitchen, the Raymond guy didn't do that, I even requested it myself...he said he'll bring liver...he went to the kitchen came back and passed me standing there waiting...and went back to the kitchen, came back again without saying a word to.me . He just checked the vegetable & fruit section and looked at me strangely...no apology nothing just negative attitude. I left without having those livers....after waiting for more than 30 minutes...I had my breakfast without the livers but bad and negative attitude from Ray
