put in an order on the app on Easter Sunday. Money went off my bank. Then the order got cancelled due to the shop that is closed. Sent about 10 emails, called about 4 times and even went to the actual shop from which i tried to order. No one can help me with a refund. the call center says it is the shop and the shop says it is the call center. and I get no response or feedback. I have to follow up with them every 3 to 7 days and still nothing. I will NOT support Wimpy again and i was a big fan!!
Gorogang riba was excellent in helping me with my discount today on my personal policy. He gave so much additional info that helped me better understand my policy. He is definitely an asset to momentum. Wonderful service.
I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. The lady called me today to assist with my cancellation but she was so great in explaining everything i decided not to cancell my policy. She is a great asset to your company and you should really look after her. Fantastic client service.
We contacted Gerhard to fix our fridge that was apparently \ out of gas". It costed us a R400.00. <br> Two days later the fridge stopped working again and we contacted Gerhard again. He came out a week later and apparently had to fix some overflow problem. Nedless to say that same evening a smell of wires burning cme from the back of the fridge and eventually tripped the mains. <br> Called Gerhard again and he promised to come see what the problem might be. <br> Its been 3 weeks and he does not answer or returns any calls. <br> We will be reporting him to the Consumer Counsil. <br> PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER.
