My dads Fortuner was booked in for a service, extremely shocking and pathetic, the bonnet catch was disconnected and unbelievably battery terminal left loose(is the battery even supposed to be disconnected for a service?!) After complaints from my dad they said they will go through cctv footage, well that didn't help. I now have doubts if other parts which are handled during the service were also left loose, very disappointing. They used to be the best service department at some stage in time, not sure what happened to that.
I'm very dissatisfied with the type of service that such a well known company has to offer, its been over a week and i haven't been given back my deposit, I've emailed them thrice so far, called them good number of times for which i was only gotten through once, selected the department for deposit/refunds and when someone answered (will not disclose his name here, however all details available) he just said to me after taking my invoice number that he will get someone to call me soon, I've been waiting an entire day and no call. Very unprofessional, I've always used avis and europcar, had some issues but always available to call and get assistance, however this one doesn't respond to emails/calls....
I've done a booking with air seychelles online about 2 months ago travelling from Johannesburg to Mumbai, due to the coronavirus, india has restricted travel until 15 April, i contacted air seychelles yesterday via email and no response, today i contacted the local south african office and i was answered in a very abrupt and defensive tone, i have a recording of the ladies conversation at hand as well, she says she cannot assist and that i have to call the international number listed on the site which is going to cost me quite a bit, nevertheless i called the number multiple times and the airport voice message keeps saying currently not available, i contacted via email again and still no help. This airline is pathetic and service even worse. I'm still waiting for a response
<p>I had a flight from Jeddah to Durban on the 16th of April 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>They get us off the flight in Addis Ababa onto the shuttle quickly into the terminal announcing for durban passengers to be quick, as we hurriedly pass threw the security check we are taken into another shuttle to our onward flight to Durban and as we get off the shuttle next to the flight in the rush they have us in, is where the drama starts!</p> <p> </p> <p>Half asleep and rushing through, definitely not good!</p> <p> </p> <p>I forget my small little orange bag with important documents, drivers licence, credit cards, wallets, watch, and a good amount of foreign currency besides many other little valuable items. </p> <p>As the shuttle leaves, I realised and immediately spotted one of the ground staff to whom I report, at this time most of the passengers are still on tarmac waiting for the que to board, the ground staff a lady says to me "Sir please wait here for me" I wait 5 mins and she says to me "Sir you need to board the flight", I insisted that I've got valuables in the bag as well as important documents, there was another ground staff personal who was extremely arrogant and he says this man should justboard the flight, nevertheless I hate to argue and fight so I boarded the flight with a very sunken feeling, I asked the lady what about my bag i need it, she said to me sir i will get it and load into cargo, having heard that brought some ease. When we got to the Durban airport I immediately reported to lost luggage desk and the gentleman there said there is no such bag, I filled a form there and later followed up with emails to the ethiopian airlines lost and found department, they sent an email that they do have possession of the bag and that it would be sent on the 21st April flight to Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anticipating my bag, on the 21st I went to the airport to collect and the ethiopan airlines personal handed it over to me at the airport very professionally, the bag was sealed with tiers and a tape over the zip.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everything in the bag was there although all scattered around as though it had went through a search but what was shocking was my $100 note, not sure what exact amount of pounds and few hundreds of rands were all missing. And that was very dissapointing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have then on followed this up via email with the ethiopian airlines personals and they seem to be justifying themselves, fact remains big amount of money has been lost, I have requested them to come upon some compromise, I have not yet received any reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a frequent flyer and always had been flying with Emirates, and emirates skwards member. </p> <p>Since last December decided to give ethiopian airlines a try since it was from durban and convenient and this was my 2nd flight since then, i had also joined the shebamiles program. </p> <p>I advise many friends abd family on the most valuable and cost efficient ways to holidays and trips abroad, but after this experience I have second thoughts wether to suggest ethiopian airlines or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do look forward to ethiopian airlines contacting me to resolve the issue rather than just casting the issue aside.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>You'll hear from me if its resolved and I will tell you wether to use ethiopianairlines or not.</p>
<p>Had made a booking with booking.com for protea hotel sea point for august for 2 rooms, their policy is that they may charge you full first night rate anytime after the booking fair enough, also its free cancellation anytime before check in date, I decided to cancel the booking due to change of plans and contacted the hotel for a refund. Its been two days now and I have not received a refund nor a response. </p> <p>Very disappointed. </p>
absolutely worst mobile network ever! Took out unlimited contract six months ago. Received an sms the day before stipulating that i was in breach of contract for not utilising 50MB of data a month. This amount was not mentioned in the fair usage policy on inception of contract. Apparently there have been changes to the fair usage policy and this was not communicated to us customers. I was told that it is our duty to review the terms on the website regularly. .. Good luck to finding that, absolutely un-user friendly! Who has time to review changes regularly ... Meandyoumobile should rather email the customer informing of policy changes instead! To top things, they cancel the contract when they feel like as well, just 2 days notice period! The behaviour of this company is absolutely unethical. I guess the saying is true if you pay peanuts you get back the same! I also feel it's a tactical ploy to bump you up from R300 to the new unlimited package of R399. I Will never recommend this company to anyone!
Went over to makro for shopping in the weekend, they had lindt hazelnut choclate bar 300g on special at R66.<br> spoilt my tastebuds with the hazelnuts in there being stale, you know what it would taste like!<br> not Good at all!!!!
Person that came to notify was told to wait for identification proof and by the time ( 2-3mins) it was brought courier had left without delivering the parcel. This was Friday 8-05-15 today Monday 11-05-15 1:40pm parcel has still not been delivered.
